Physical arrangement of documentation

Arranging archive and documentary material include:

  • classification of documentary material according to investment fund provenance
  • chronological arrangement of documentary material, including and according to year in question, followed by type (label classification) and numbers of matching records.
  • packing and labelling
  • entering entire paper material into archive book and producing a copy for the main archive
  • extracting worthless material that has expired and producing a list of the same material (selected according to funds)
  • preparing a prosposal in order to be able to destroy worthless material
  • destroying worthless material in the presence of a strictly selected board
  • creating a Book of regulations on Office management and a Category list including deadline on preserving documentation.
